Congratulations on being pregnant!

My name is Yifat Gat, I am a mother of five unschooling kids from the south of France. I gave birth twice at a Hospital, and three times at home, once unassisted.

Every time I learned something helpful, I was surprised it wasn’t common knowledge. So before I forget everything, I’m writing it down.

The aim of this guide is to share what i know to work. I tried to make it as short and aesthetically pleasing as possible, so it is an easy read, and can also be a nice present to your pregnant friend.

Giving birth is often misrepresented in the media as a horrible experience. Nothing is further from the truth, If you do it right. Big effort yes, but huge rewards as well.

I would like to be clear, these are my private notes from my five experiences, I am not a medical professional. Everything in here is my own experience and what I would advise my own daughters

Good Luck!
